How do I prepare artwork for embossing?

Embossing techniques give your merchandise a dominant look. We make a metal mold of your design on a CNC machine and then apply it to your ordered merchandise with a heat press.

File Resolution:

• Recommended 300 dpi
• Acceptable 150 dpi

File Size:

You need to provide the size of the mold if you do not follow the standard practice. Suppose you need an 8″ x 8″ print, and you need to tell us.

If you are not sure what size you want, we recommend you use actual merchandise to measure the logo and see how different sizes look.

You can easily do it with the help of measuring tape.

File Types:

We recommended using the.png and.jpeg file formats. We accept file formats via email and WhatsApp. We are happy to receive vector files and other artwork formats.

Maximum Embossing Size:

We accept the maximum print size of 13″ wide and 15″ high. However, some merchandise does not have a large enough printable area. We can finalize the exact size when we are making your mockup or sample.
