Quality system

Four checkpoints before anything leaves the floor

A fault is cheapest to fix where it starts. So we check at four points, not once at the end.

  1. Gate 1

    Fabric

Weight, shade and flaws checked on the roll, before a single cut.

    • GSM on a scale
    • Shade against your swatch
    • Holes, slubs and stains
  2. Gate 2

    On the line

Stitching and measurements checked while the order is being sewn.

    • Stitch density and tension
    • Seams, rib and zips
    • Key measurements per size
  3. Gate 3

    Every piece

Each finished garment inspected and measured before it’s packed.

    • Decoration placement
    • Loose threads and marks
    • Labels and size tags
  4. Gate 4

    Final audit

The packed shipment sampled to AQL 2.5 before it ships.

    • Random cartons opened
    • Counts per size and color
    • Packing against your spec

Services

Four ways to put the factory to work

Every order runs on the same floor. What changes is where the design comes from and how much you’re making.

  • Cut and sew

Your own garment, patterned and built from the roll up.

Best for: original designs and your own fit

    Build from scratch
  • Private label

Your labels, tags and packaging on every piece, our name on none.

Best for: launching fast on a proven fit

    Brand it as yours
  • Low-MOQ runs

A first drop from 50 pieces per style, split across colors.

Best for: testing a design before scaling

    Start small
  • Sampling

A physical sample in your fabric before you commit to bulk.

Best for: every new style, every time

    Test it first

The more you make, the less each piece costs

Indicative unit price per style. Each longer bar is the next price step. Sewn caps start at 100. Reorders keep the step you reached, and orders of 100+ get the sample fee back.

What buyers ask us first

We’re the factory. Cutting, sewing, decoration, washing, inspection and packing all happen on our floor in Sialkot.

More than 50,000 pieces a month across 8 lines, so a 50-piece first run and a reorder in the thousands go through the same system.

Yes. Hoodies, tees, bottoms, tracksuits, jackets, and headwear can share an order and a shipment, with each style meeting its own minimum.

No. Every piece we make carries a brand, built either to your own pattern or one of our house fits your branding.

At four points: fabric on arrival, stitching on the line, every finished piece, and an AQL 2.5 audit of the packed shipment.

The product, a rough quantity per style, and whatever design material you have. Even a phone picture of a piece you admire gets the conversation going.

We do. Each shipment is dispatched with its commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, ready for your forwarder or for our DDP delivery.

Yes. Gibben Industries (Gibben Clothing) holds registration with both the SCCI (Sialkot Chamber of commerce) and the FBR, Pakistan’s tax authority.
