Our standard range runs 320–500gsm: loopback and French terry at the lighter end, brushed-back heavyweight fleece at 400–500gsm for streetwear builds. All fabric is pre-shrunk before cutting.

No. A front-and-back sketch with key measurements, a fabric reference, and color direction is enough for a first proto sample. We finalize the full tech pack with you during sample revisions.
Samples take 7–10 days per round. The sample cost depends on style and is credited against your bulk order.

Everything we make is cut-and-sewn, built from fabric rolls to your pattern, not relabeled blanks. “Private label” means the finished hoodie carries only your branding: your labels, tags, and packaging.
