Fits & Construction

The details that separate a blank from a brand

Fit is the first thing a customer judges on a tee. We grade patterns to your measurement spec and lock construction at the fit-sample stage.

Fits the pattern

  • Standard fit classic retail block, set-in sleeves

  • Boxy fit: shortened body, widened chest, square silhouette

  • Oversized drop shoulder, extended length

  • Cropped & women’s blocks women’s grading availability

  • Custom blocks graded from your reference tee or spec sheet

Construction standards

  • Side-seamed construction, true cut-and-sew, not tubular blanks

  • Shoulder-to-shoulder taping: clean interior, no stretched necklines

  • Twin-needle hems: sleeves and bottom hem

  • Elastane-blend ribbed collar holds shape through washes

  • Enzyme/silicone wash pre-shrunk, soft finish out of the bag

  • Garment dye available for washed and faded colourways

MOQ & Pricing

Minimums that make sense for new brands

  • MOQ is 50 pieces per style; 50 means 50 finished tees, not 50 per colorway multiplied.

  • Fabric weight and yarn set the base price: 300gsm combed heavyweight costs more per unit than 180gsm ring-spun.

  • Print method and coverage affect one-color chest-hit pricing differently from all-over sublimation or multi-placement puff.

  • Wash treatments: acid wash, tie-dye, and garment dye add per-unit processing costs.

  • Order volume unit price steps down at 100 / 300 / 500 piece tiers.

  • Sample cost is credited against your bulk order. If the MOQ of your order is 100 pieces or above.

Common Questions

Screen print for bold graphics and bulk runs, DTG for photo-detail artwork, DTF for vivid multi-placement prints at low setup, puff for raised streetwear hits, and sublimation for edge-to-edge coverage on poly bases. Send your artwork and we’ll recommend the method and quote the alternatives.

Yes. Ship us the reference, and we’ll reverse-engineer the pattern, fabric weight, and construction, then confirm everything through a proto and fit sample before bulk.

Our standard range runs 180-300 gsm: combed ring-spun jersey at 180-210 gsm for everyday tees and heavyweight 240-300 gsm for boxy streetwear builds. All fabric is pre-shrunk before cutting.

Side-seamed. Every tee is cut from fabric rolls to your graded pattern and sewn with side seams, which is what lets us build custom fits like boxy and oversized blocks. Tubular construction is a blank’s shortcut; we don’t use it.

No. A front-and-back sketch with key measurements, a fabric reference, and color direction is enough for a first proto sample. We finalize the full tech pack with you during sample revisions.

Samples take 7–10 days per round. The sample cost depends on the style and is credited against your bulk order.

15-25 days after PP sample approval, depending on quantity, print coverage, and wash treatments. Add shipping time on top of 5-12 days by air or 25-40 by sea.

Yes, all three are done in-house or with our vetted wash partners in Sialkot. Wash treatments are approved on the PP sample, so the bulk matches what you signed off.

50% deposit to book production, 50% before shipment; accepted methods: wire/Wise/bank transfer/TT/LC.
