Yes. Send the tee, and we grade a pattern to its measurements, confirm the fabric and weight, and match your print. Custom blocks are graded from your reference tee or spec sheet.
Our standard range runs from combed ring-spun jersey at 180-210 gsm for everyday tees to heavyweight jersey at 240-300gsm for boxy, structured fits. Slub, rib-knit, and organic jersey are also available, and we source outside our range against your tech pack.
Side-seamed. Every tee is true cut-and-sew with side seams, not a tubular blank. Side seams let us grade the fit to your spec and help the body hang straight after washing.

Each sampling round takes 7-10 days for most styles (10-14 for sublimation): a proto sample to lock construction, then a fit sample in your fabric and colorway. The sample cost is shown on your quote and is credited against your bulk order when you order 100 pieces or more.
18-30 days for most styles after your PP sample is approved. Acid-wash and tie-dye tees take 3-5 weeks, and sublimation tees take 4-6 weeks. Shipping then takes 5-12 days by air or 25-40 days by sea.
