How do I prepare artwork for silicone printing?

This guide will cover how you will prepare artwork for high-quality silicone printing. We use special ink and apply multiple coats to make a raised 3D logo.

We use a screen with high-quality mesh so the ink can pass quickly and maintain the quality of the artwork.

We can print logos on multiple areas of the merchandise.

File Resolution:

  • Recommended 300 dpi
  • Acceptable 150 dpi

File Size:

You need to provide the size of the print if you do not follow the standard practice. Suppose you need an 8″ x 8″ print, and you need to tell us.

If you are not sure what size you want, we recommend you use actual merchandise to measure the logo and see how different sizes look.

File Types:

We recommended using the.png and.jpeg file formats. We accept file formats via email and WhatsApp. We are happy to receive vector files and other artwork formats.

Maximum Silicone Print Size:

We accept the maximum print size of 13″ wide and 15″ high. However, some merchandise does not have a large enough printable area. We can finalize the exact size when we are making your mockup or sample.

Color Matching:

We match the color with the Pantone book to achieve an accurate result. When you send us your artwork, we match the color with our Pantone and make a sample of printing to see how it looks. We also show you the design, and on your approval, we will start your production.

Disclaimer: Silicone printing may not match exactly what you see on the screen. There is a difference between how the colors are rendered on a mobile or computer screen versus how they look in screen printing. To solve this problem, we will ship you a sample so you can see in real life how the product is going to look.

The number of colors:

Mainly, the print design contains 3 to 4 colors. You are always welcome to choose more. They are entirely subjective to the design.
