No. A tech pack speeds things up and removes guesswork, but it isn’t required to start. Send your design, reference images, or a garment you like, and we’ll build the tech pack with you before sampling begins.

Yes. Send a garment you like, and we’ll measure, pattern, and reproduce its fit and construction, then swap in your fabric, color, and branding. We match the build, not the brand we won’t copy another label’s logos or protected artwork.

We work on a deposit-and-balance basis: [deposit %] to start production and the balance before dispatch. Sampling is quoted and paid separately, and the sample fee is usually credited toward your bulk order. Accepted payment methods and exact terms are confirmed on your quote.

Bulk production typically takes [lead time] from an approved pre-production sample, depending on quantity, fabric, and decoration. Sampling runs separately at 7–10 days from an approved tech pack. You’ll get a firm timeline with your quote.

A wide range. For hoodies and fleece, we commonly run [GSM range]; tees and lighter knits sit below that. We source cotton, cotton–poly blends, and French terry, among others, and can match a weight to your reference garment. Unsure? Screen printing, embroidery, puff and 3D prints, appliqué, heat transfer, and woven or printed labels. We’ll advise which method suits your artwork and fabric, then lock the exact finish on the pre-production sample so bulk matches it.

We inspect at multiple stages: incoming fabric, in-line during stitching, and a final check before packing. Your approved pre-production sample is the reference every unit is measured against, so what you signed off on is what ships.

Yes. Your designs, tech packs, and brand details stay private never shown to other clients or used in our own products. We’re happy to sign an NDA before you share anything.

We ship worldwide from our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. Smaller orders usually go by express courier; larger runs move by air or sea freight depending on speed and volume. You’ll get tracking and an ETA at dispatch.

By default, you’re the importer of record, so import duties and taxes are billed to you on arrival (DAP). We can also quote delivered duty-paid (DDP) if you’d rather we handle clearance. We provide commercial invoices and HS codes for smooth clearance.

Our focus is manufacturing rather than per-order fulfillment, but we can fold, bag, and label units to your spec so they arrive retail- or 3PL-ready. For ongoing fulfillment, we can ship in bulk to your warehouse or third-party logistics partner.
