We work with PU as standard and with genuine leather for varsity sleeves and panels, plus debossed leather and PU patches. For a full leather jacket, send your tech pack or reference, and we’ll confirm the build.
Polyfill from 100 to 300 gsm, recycled fill, or down-alternative. The fill weight sets the warmth class, from a light layering piece to a full winter puffer.
Yes. Chenille patches, varsity lettering, and crest work are made in-house; embroidery goes on the chest, back, and sleeves through shell and fill, and leather or PU patches can be debossed with your branding.

It depends on the build. Nylon shells and polyfill jackets can usually take a gentle wash, while Melton wool, leather, and chenille need more careful care. We put the correct care instructions for each build on your care labels.
Payment terms are confirmed in writing with your quote, alongside the itemized price. Your sample cost is credited against the bulk on orders of 100 pieces or more.
