The #1 mistake:

Don’t order by your usual size label. Measure a garment that already fits you well, then match those measurements to the charts; brands and cuts vary widely.

HOW TO MEASURE

Lay a garment flat and measure these points

01 Chest (Pit to pit)

Measure across the chest seam to seam, then double it.

02 Body Length

From the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem.

03 Sleeve Length

From the shoulder seam to the cuff edge.

04 Shoulder Width

Seam to seam across the back shoulders.

SIZING FAQ

Common fit questions

Don’t decide from the size label—measure a garment you already own and wear comfortably, then match those numbers to our chart. Chest (pit to pit) is the number that matters most, so get that right first.

If you land exactly between two sizes, pick based on how you want it to sit: size up for a relaxed, layering fit, or size down for a closer, more fitted look. Remember, our chart is a regular fit—oversized, boxy, and cropped cuts already add or remove width and length, so read the fit note on the style page before you order.

Yes. We’re a cut-and-sew manufacturer, so every measurement on our charts is a starting point, not a fixed spec. Send us your target measurements or a tech pack, and we’ll grade a full size run to your brand’s exact fit, from XS through extended sizing.

The MOQ is 50 pieces per style for most apparel and 100 pieces for outerwear and headwear. Share your measurements and we’ll reply with a size spec within 24 hours.

They can. Natural fibers like cotton and cotton fleece can shrink slightly on the first wash, mostly in length rather than width. We account for expected shrinkage when we build your tech pack, and we can garment-wash or pre-shrink the fabric so finished measurements land within tolerance (typically ±1–1.5 cm).

To keep measurements stable over time, follow the care instructions on the label cold wash, low or no tumble heat. High heat is what causes most fit surprises.
