What those four numbers mean for your order

Room for small runs

With 50,000+ units of monthly capacity, a 50-piece order isn’t squeezed in between big contracts. It gets a slot on a line like any other order.

Different products, side by side

Eight lines let knitwear, wovens, outerwear, and headwear run at the same time, so a collection with several product types doesn’t queue one category behind another.

No unchecked pieces

Every finished unit is checked before packing, and a final AQL audit signs off the shipment. Nothing reaches your carton on trust.

Start from your artwork, not the method

Brands often ask for a method by name. It’s usually faster to tell us what the artwork looks like and let the artwork pick the method.

If your artwork is… We’ll usually suggest
A bold logo in a few solid colors, on a large run Screen print, or puff print, for a raised feel
A photo, gradient, or many-color illustration DTG on cotton, or DTF on blends and nylon
A small chest mark on a premium piece Flat embroidery, or 3D embroidery for caps
Collegiate letters or a crest Chenille patches
An all-over pattern edge to edge Sublimation on polyester
A look rather than a logo Acid wash, tie-dye, or garment dye

Why it matters

One roof vs. a chain of subcontractors

Many “factories” only sew, then send your garments out to be printed, washed, and packed elsewhere. Here’s what changes when every step happens in one building.

Stage Subcontracted Under one roof
Between steps Garments travel between vendors, and days are lost in transit Garments move between departments on the same floor
Strike-offs Each vendor runs its own, on its own schedule Print, embroidery and wash proofs run alongside your sample
Color Different vendors, different shades One team matching one set of Pantone standards
When something goes wrong Each vendor points at the next One team, one answer, one fix
Your contact An agent relaying messages The people making your order

Every handoff is a place for your order to stall

A garment that leaves the building to be printed can come back late, damaged, or a shade off, and the delay lands on your launch date. Keeping decoration, washing, and packing in-house removes those handoffs, and with them most of the reasons orders slip.

QUALITY CONTROL

Inspected at every stage

01 Incoming fabric check

Weright, color, and defect inspection before cutting.

02 Inline monitoring

Stitch quality and measurements checking during sewing.

03 Final unit inspection

Every finished piece is checked before packing.

04 Pre-shipment audit

      AQL sampling sign-off before dispatch.

On top of the four stages: checks built for each product

Some products have one detail that decides whether they sell. For those, we add a dedicated check.

Tracksuits: set-level inspection

Top and bottom checked together for shade and trim. Tracksuits

Jackets: hardware testing

Zips are cycled, and snaps are pull-tested on every unit. Jackets

Puffers: fill and downproofing

Fill distribution and leakage are checked by hand. Puffers

Bucket hats: Brim-Lock

Brim width and angle held across the run. Bucket hats

Snapbacks: Crown-True

The crown shape was checked before packing. Snapbacks

Dad hats: Low-Crown Lock

Crown height is kept low and consistent. Dad hats

Track pants: stripe matching

The Stripe color matches Pantone and is kept straight. Track pants

Tie-dye: reference-sample judging

Every piece is judged against your approved reference. Tie-dye tees

Capacity at your size

The same floor for your first run and your fiftieth

Capacity only matters if it’s available for an order of your size. Here’s how it works at each stage of a brand.

From 50 pieces

Your first run is sampled, cut, and inspected on the same lines as a large contract. Caps start from 100.

Reorders

Patterns, dye standards, and decoration files stay on file, so a bestseller can be rerun without resampling.

Full collections

Tees, hoodies, bottoms, jackets, and caps made under one roof and shipped together.
