The three moments we need a yes from you

Everything else runs without chasing you. These three decisions are yours, and nothing moves past them without your approval.

1. Accept the quote

You agree to the spec, quantity, and price in writing. Anything that changes the cost later is quoted again first.

2. Approve the fit

You wear the sample and tell us what to change. This is the cheapest time to change anything.

3. Approve pre-production

The final sample with your real fabric, trims, labels, and decoration. Bulk cutting starts only after this, yes.

A change costs the least before the fabric is cut

Moving a print or adjusting a sleeve is a quick fix on a sample. The same change after cutting can mean new fabric, lost days, and a missed launch. That’s why we ask for your approvals in writing, and why we never start bulk on a “probably fine.”

Yes. A sketch, a photo, or a garment you like is enough, and we’ll build the spec with you during sampling.

For a standard garment with one sampling round, it takes about 5-8 weeks when shipped by air and 8-12 weeks by sea. Jackets and washed or dyed pieces take longer, and your quote shows the exact time.

Yes, that’s what the sample is for. Changes are easiest before you approve the pre-production sample. After that, a change usually means a new pre-production sample before bulk can start.

We ship FOB or DDP. DDP availability depends on your market, and we’ll confirm it on your quote.

Payment terms are set out in writing with your quote, before you commit to anything.
