High-end streetwear: same minimum, different price

Premium choices don’t push you into a bigger order. Heavier fabric, raised embroidery, or a vintage wash changes what each piece costs, not how many you have to make. The one exception is color.

Premium choice Minimum What changes
Heavyweight 450-500 gsm fleece 50 per style Price per piece
3D puff or chenille embroidery 50 per style Price per placement
Acid or garment wash 50 per style Price and bulk time (4-6 weeks on hoodies)
Leather varsity jacket 50 per style Price and bulk time (6-8 weeks)
Your own Pantone, custom-dyed 300 per color The minimum. Stock colors start at 50

Planning a premium first drop? Build it on heavyweight fabric and stock colors at 50 pieces per style, then move your bestseller to a custom-dyed shade once it sells. See our fabric library and private label options.

Inside the quote

Every line on your quote, and what isn’t on it

A quote you can’t read is a quote you can’t compare. Ours breaks the unit price into the parts below, so the cost of every decision is visible.

Line What it covers
Fabric The body fabric, rib, and lining, at the weight and blend you chose
Making Cutting, sewing, and finishing, set by how complex the garment is
Decoration Each print, embroidery, patch, or wash is priced per placement
Trims and hardware Zips, snaps, drawcords, labels, and hangtags
Packing Folding, polybags, mailers, or branded boxes
Sampling The sample fee, credited back on orders of 100 pieces or more
Freight Air or sea, on FOB or DDP terms, when you ask us to include it

What you won’t find: coordination fees, matching surcharges, or costs added after you accept the quote. If you change the spec, we quote the change before we make it.

WHAT DRIVES THE PRICE

5 factors that set your unit cost

01.

Fabric & GSM

Heavier weights and premium blends cost more.

02.

Order Quantity

Large runs lower the per-unit price.

03.

Decoration

Prints, embroidery, and washes add cost per placement.

04.

Construction

Complex cut-and-sew takes more labor.

05.

Trims & Packing

Custom labels, tags, and boxes add finish cost.

What pushes each factor up, and what keeps it down

Factor Pushes the price up Keeps it down
Fabric Heavyweight fleece, organic cotton, a custom-dyed shade Standard weights in stock colors
Quantity A single short run More pieces per style and reorders
Decoration Several placements, 3D puff, chenille, all-over prints One strong placement where it’s seen most
Construction Extra panels, linings, fill, lots of hardware A clean, proven block
Trims and packing Custom boxes, metal hardware, printed tissue Woven labels and a branded polybag

VOLUME & PRICING

Unit cost drops as you scale

Sampling and setup costs are spread across more units, so the price per piece falls and stabilizes with volume.

Quantity per style Indicative unit price
50-199 Base
200-599 −1%
600-999 −2%
1,000-1,999 −3%
2,000+ −4%

Sewn caps start at 100-199 on the same ladder. Exact pricing is on your quote.

Three rules behind the ladder

Counted per style

Each style climbs the ladder on its own quantity. Colorways and sizes inside that style all count toward it.

The sample pays itself back

Once an order reaches 100 pieces, the sample fee comes off the bulk invoice.

Your tier stays earned

Reorders and split runs keep the tier you reached, so a bestseller doesn’t drop back to base price.

Spend smarter

Six ways to lower your unit price without lowering quality

Choose a stock color

Custom-dyed shades need 300 pieces per color. Below that, a stock shade saves you the dye cost.

Decorate where it’s seen

One strong front placement often sells better than four small ones, and costs less.

Put styles in one order

Two styles of 50 make 100 pieces, which credits your sample fee back.

Stay in the standard weight range

The extreme ends of the fabric range cost more for a difference few customers notice.

Start with a polybag

Save the custom box for your second drop, when you know what sells.

Ship bigger runs by sea

Sea freight takes 25–40 days, but costs far less per unit than air on larger orders.

Shipping terms

FOB or DDP: what your price includes

  FOB DDP
Our price covers Goods made, packed, and cleared for export from Pakistan Goods delivered to your door, with duties and import taxes paid
You arrange Freight, import clearance, and duties, through your own forwarder Nothing beyond receiving the delivery
Best for Brands with a forwarder and larger shipments First orders, and anyone who wants one all-in price
Available Worldwide Confirmed for your market on your quote

The cheapest quote is often the most expensive order

A low unit price can hide missing labels, freight left out, or fabric that isn’t pre-shrunk. By the time those costs show up, you’ve already committed to the order. Compare quotes line by line, not by the bottom number.

Pricing questions

Setting up a style, cutting it, and decorating it takes the same work whether you make 50 or 500. On a small run, that setup is shared across fewer pieces.

Per style. Each style’s quantity, across all its colorways and sizes, sets its place on the ladder.

No hidden fees. Every cost, including the sample fee and decoration set-up, is itemized on your quote before you commit.

No. Mixed sizes are fine within a style, and you set the size split yourself.

Not unless the spec changes. If you change the fabric, decoration or quantity, we quote the change first, and you approve it before we make it.

Payment terms are set out in writing on your quote, alongside the itemized price.

The same: 50 pieces per style. Heavyweight 450-500 gsm fleece, 3D puff and chenille embroidery, and acid or garment washes don’t raise the minimum; they raise the price per piece.

The one exception is color: a shade custom-dyed to your Pantone needs 300 pieces per color, while stock colors start at 50. Sewn caps start at 100 per style.
