A vector file (AI, EPS, or SVG) is ideal; a clean high-resolution PNG works too. We digitize in-house and send you a stitch-out photo on your chosen fleece for approval before production.
Large full-back pieces and high-density designs are all runnable. Very fine lettering below 4 mm letter height is where embroidery loses detail, and we’ll flag it at artwork review with alternatives.

Digitizing is included one time per design and takes 2–3 days, including your stitch-out approval. The file is yours to reuse on every reorder.
Yes, threads are matched to your Pantone references from the Madeira/Isacord range and approved on the stitch-out. We also use candle threads.
