What Makes This Style Unique

Full zip construction

On a zip-up, the hardware is the product: a wavy placket or a catching slider gets returned no matter how good the fleece is. This build centers on getting the zip line dead straight and the hardware branded to you.

Separating zipper

Full-length YKK or approved-equivalent separating zip, opening cleanly from top or bottom. Hardware is specified in the tech pack and locked at PP sample.

Split front panels

A two-panel front with dual lower pockets instead of a kangaroo pouch; the zipper line runs uninterrupted, and the pockets sit symmetrically.

Zip-through hood

Hood construction that opens fully with the zipper line so the garment can be worn zipped to the chin without the collar buckling.

Custom pulls

Branded zipper pulls, tape colors, and slider finishes are the highest-visibility branding surface on a zip-up, engraved or molded with your logo.

Reinforced placket

Faced and topstitched placket so the zipper stays flat through wear and washing instead of rippling like the tail of a cheap zip-up.

One-way is the standard. Two-way opens from the bottom too, so the hoodie sits easily when worn seated or over a bag strap.

A heavy zipper on light fleece drags the front down and makes the placket wave. A light zipper on heavy fleece looks flimsy. We pair them so the front hangs straight.

350 gsm French terry

Pairs with a coil or a lighter molded zip. Keeps the front soft and the hoodie easy to layer.

400 gsm brushed fleece

Pairs with molded plastic or metal. The all-rounder, with a body enough for either.

450 gsm loopback

Pairs with a chunkier metal or molded zip. The fleece has the weight to carry heavier hardware.

Measured zipped

The chest is measured flat and zipped, armpit to armpit. A size M is 59 cm across, with room to wear it closed over a tee.

A zip for every size

Each size gets a zipper cut to its own body length, from 68 cm on S to 74 cm on XL. That is part of why the placket lies flat instead of bunching.

How it grades

Each size steps up 3 cm in chest, 2 cm in length, and 1 cm in sleeve. Want a roomier zip-up for layering? Send your numbers, and we’ll grade to them.
