Every jacket is a shell, a fill, and a lining specified together; that’s what separates outerwear manufacturing from cut-and-sew fleece. Our standard range is below; we source outside it against your tech pack.

Outerwear lives or dies on its hardware; a failed zip is a returned jacket regardless of the shell. Every component below is specified in the tech pack and locked at PP sample.
Outerwear is the top layer of a collection, not a standalone product, so our jacket blocks are sized to layer cleanly over the hoodies and tees we cut for you, and colorways can be matched across categories from the same dye standards. One factory, one color language, one drop.
No tech pack yet? A sketch with a reference jacket is enough to start. Outerwear development takes more engineering than fleece, and we build the spec with you through sampling.

Sampling runs 10–14 days per round and bulk: 5–7 weeks longer than fleece, because quilting, lining, and hardware all add operations. For a winter drop, development should start by From July to August, we’ll build the calendar with your quote.
Outerwear blocks carry layering ease, cut to fit over a hoodie in the same marked size, so your customer buys L across the collection, and everything works together. Verified on the fit sample worn over the actual mid-layer.
Yes, track jackets and windbreakers are catalog styles, cut from the same tricot or shell fabric as our track pants and windbreaker pants for exact-match suits from one fabric batch.
Style-dependent nylon shells and polyfill puffers are engineered machine-washable and wash-tested at QC; wool-body varsities and leather-trimmed styles carry appropriate care specs. Care labels are printed per style with your branding.
