If you run a streetwear label, you already know defects aren’t random.
They cluster. The same three or four faults show up on nearly every order because the system that produced them didn’t change.
Inspecting harder at the end won’t fix that you can’t inspect quality into a garment that was already built wrong.
This guide is the fix. It’s organized the way a factory actually sees a garment:
From the fabric roll, through the sewing line, to the print table, and finally onto the QC bench where accept-or-reject gets decided.
Work through it once, and you’ll have a shared language with your maker and a written standard you can hold them to.
