A storefront takes a weekend to set up on Shopify. The hard part was never the idea. It’s turning that idea into garments that fit, ship on time, and don’t bankrupt you on run one.
Here’s the context. Streetwear is a real, growing market global value is around USD 216–218 billion heading into 2026, with apparel the largest slice and hoodies and sweatshirts at its core.
Different research houses size it differently, but every credible estimate points the same way: up. Buyers skew young, and when asked what they care about most, they rank comfort and quality at the very top.
And yet more than half of new fashion brands don’t survive their first couple of years. Look closely, and the cause is rarely a weak concept.
It’s the first production run going sideways: vague specs, a sample that lied, a bulk order that didn’t match it, and a budget that ran out before the marketing started.
