Bottoms span knits and wovens, fleece for sweats, nylon for parachute and track styles, and ripstop for cargos. All knit fabric is pre-shrunk before cutting.

Rise, leg width, taper, and inseam are set from your measurement chart and locked at the fit-sample stage. Send a reference pair, and we grade the block from it.

Most brands order bottoms as part of a set. We cut hoodies, tees, and bottoms from the same dye lot so your two-piece drops match exactly: same fabric batch, same wash, same color standard. One sampling round covers the full set.

No. A sketch with key measurements, a fabric reference, and color direction is enough for a first proto sample. We finalize the full tech pack with you during sample revisions.
Samples take 7–10 days per round. The sample cost depends on the style and is credited against your bulk order.
