The shoulder seam sits at the natural shoulder point for a clean, classic line. Unlike drop-shoulder blanks, set-in construction demands accurate pattern grading, which is exactly why it reads as higher quality on the rack.

How to read it?

The chest is measured flat, armpit to armpit. Length runs from the highest shoulder point to the hem. The sleeve runs from the shoulder seam to the cuff edge.

How is it graded?

Each size steps up 3 cm in chest, 2 cm in length, and 1 cm in sleeve. Even steps mean S to XL fit like one family, not four different hoodies.

Check against yours

Lay a hoodie you already sell flat and measure the same three points. If your M is well over 59 cm in the chest, you want a roomier block. Tell us and we’ll grade to your numbers.

True to size. This is a regular fit, not an oversized block. A size M measures 59 cm across the chest and 70 cm in length, laid flat. Want it roomier? Size up, or send a reference and we’ll grade the block to your measurements.

400 gsm brushed fleece is our standard. It gives the soft hand-feel most customers expect. Choose 350 gsm French terry for a lighter, year-round hoodie, or 450 gsm loopback for a heavier, more structured drop.
