A hoodie cut from unshrunk fleece can lose a size in its first wash. Your customer ordered their usual size, washed it once, and now it’s short in the body and tight in the sleeve. That comes back as a return, a one-star review, and a customer who doesn’t reorder. We shrink the fabric before a single panel is cut, so the hoodie your customer unboxes is the hoodie they keep wearing.

Each sampling round takes 7-10 days. Your sample cost is shown on your itemized quote, and it is credited against your bulk order when you order 100 pieces or more. Samples ship by DHL or FedEx.
18-30 days for most styles after you approve the PP sample. Acid-wash hoodies take 4-6 weeks, and color-block hoodies take 5-7 weeks. PP approval itself takes 3-5 days. Shipping then takes 5–12 days by air or 25-40 days by sea.
Cut-and-sew means your hoodie is built to your pattern from fabric rolls, not bought as a blank. Private label means it leaves our factory retail-ready with your labels, tags, and packaging, carrying only your brand. Every hoodie we make is both.
