Long-Sleeve Tee Manufacturer

Ribbed-cuff long sleeves on 200–280 gsm cotton, the transitional layer every drop needs, built to your fit, color, and decoration.

The Long Sleeve Factory-Floor Brief

The two surfaces a short sleeve doesn’t give you, and both are branding

A long sleeve adds two things to the tee equation, and a brand that ignores either is leaving money on the table. The first is the cuff: the single most-seen detail on the garment, because the wearer pushes the sleeve up all day. The second is a full-sleeve-length printed canvas that runs from shoulder to wrist.

Both are opportunities. Both are also construction details that show quality or the lack of it every time someone looks down at their own arm. This brief covers how to use them: cuff branding, sleeve placements that stay aligned across a run, and getting the fabric color exactly right through lab dips rather than settling for a supplier’s stock chart.

Inside: the build sheet, Pantone color matching, QC and packaging, weight choices for layering, volume pricing, and buyer FAQs.

Technical Specification

The build sheet, cuff to hem

The long sleeve adds cuffs and a sleeve-length canvas, both branding surfaces, both places where cheap construction gives itself away the moment a sleeve is pushed up.

Get the exact shade, not the closest stock

Off-the-shelf fabric colors get you close; custom dyeing gets you exact. We match your Pantone reference through lab dips, physical dyed swatches you approve before any fabric is committed so the drop matches your brand palette, not a supplier’s stock chart.

The Cuff

Branding the surface people actually see

The cuff is the most-seen branding real estate on a long sleeve, and most brands waste it. A contrast rib, a small cuff embroidery, or a printed hit turns a passive detail into a signature. All of it runs from the same block sampled to your call.

What we see on the line that a spec sheet won’t tell you

T-shirts production

Sleeve prints are where alignment quietly goes wrong. A placement that sits perfectly on the sample can drift by size if it isn’t jigged, and an M and an XL end up with the graphic at different heights up the arm.

We jig and mark placements per size so the print lands identically across the whole run, then check it at inspection against your approved sample.

Cuffs are the other tell. A rib-knitted or loosely attached bag bags out after a few wears; a dense, correctly tensioned cuff holds the sleeve where it should sit.

It’s a small part with an outsized effect on how finished the garment looks, so it gets its own check.

These are the details that don’t appear in a quote but decide whether the finished long sleeve looks like the sample you signed off on. We write them down because we set them up.

What this looks like on a real run

Long sleeve · Pantone-matched with cuff branding

Matching a brand color, a stock chart couldn’t hit

A brand’s core color sat between two stock fabric shades, close on both, exact on neither, and the color was part of their identity. Off-the-shelf would have meant compromising the palette on every drop.

We ran the TCX reference through two lab-dip rounds, landed the exact shade, and recorded the recipe so future runs match. A small contrast-rib cuff turned the sleeve into a recognizable brand detail.

FAQ: Long sleeve

Buyer questions, answered straight

Yes cuff embroidery and small cuff prints are both standard, and rib color can contrast the body. The cuff is the most-seen branding surface on a long sleeve; use it.

Yes, TCX/TPX references matched through 2–3 lab-dip rounds that you approve physically. Custom dyeing starts from 300 pieces per color; below that, we match to the nearest stock shade.

Ribbed cuffs are classic and hold sleeves in place; open hems look more fashion-forward and drape looser. Both are from the same block, sampled at your call.

Sleeve placements are jigged and marked per size so the print sits identically across the run and is checked at AQL inspection against your approved PP sample.

200–240gsm layers cleanly under jackets and hoodies; 280gsm wears more like a standalone piece. Tell us how it sits in your line and we’ll spec accordingly.
